Cassandra Fink, Executive Director and Exhibition Chair

Cassandra brings over five years experience as Board of Director of art organizations to APT; two years as founder and president of APT, and three years prior to that as vice president or board member of a major sculpture association in Texas. Over the past two decades, she has curated multi-media art and gallery exhibits, including Into the Golden Mean, Microcosm, Collaborage, (both Project and Exhibit Director); Breaking the Sound Barrier sculpture exhibit; the annual Garden Gallery Art Show exhibits; and the Fin de Siecle exhibition, among others. Cassandra founded the company Alamiah in 1998, which has acquired a loyal following over the years. She is Editor of the APT Newsletter, and her background in the performing arts has helped prepare her for video production for APT, and the role of Exhibition Chair.


Audra Sewell-Noblique, Social Media & Membership Chair

Audra Sewell-Noblique is an independent art consultant and curator whose marketing experience and level of commitment to the arts in Texas make her an integral part of the APT team. She has previously owned two galleries—in Abilene and in Galveston, TX (garnering 'Best Of' Alternative Studio/Gallery Concept, in 2008); has served on numerous boards and committees in the arts, including the Abilene Outdoor Sculpture Tour, Abilene Artists and Artisans Tour; and was Juror for the 24fps 2006 International Short Film Festival. As Program Director for The Center for Contemporary Art in Abilene, Texas, she coordinated the monthly Art Walk event, Art Reach, and other enrichment programs for area schools and partnering agencies. Audra brings her dynamic range of experience in the fine art industry to the APT Board of Directors.


Al Moore, Membership Chair and Fundraising Committee

As an East Texas artist and gallery owner, Al Moore has en eye for excellence in fine and contemporary gallery and museum-quality art. Al brings a diverse background in the arts to the APT Board. He is a current Advisory Board Member for Whatley Center for Performing Arts at NTCC. He has assisted in organization, fund raising and Artist Support for recent Winnsboro Fine Arts Markets, and he served and supported the Trails Country Center for the Arts, in Winnsboro, TX, where he organized and hung monthly shows as Executive Director, and served as a Board member and President of the Board. He has also served as a Board Member and Treasurer for Winnsboro Area Chamber of Commerce, and Board Member of Mount Vernon Music in Mt Vernon, TX, where he was heavily involved in setting policies and procedures, raised funds, and assisted in event planning.

Kay Dalton, Event Committee Chair

Kay Dalton brings her 30+ years of experience in the visual arts community of Dallas to the position of Event Chair. She will assist the Curator and Exhibition Chair with APT art shows, and help schedule workshops with expert speakers to enrich our member’s creativity and productivity. Subjects will include photography, marketing, website refinement, field trips, and other cultural events. Kay is primarily an oil painter but also works in bronze and mixed media. She has served on the board of Artreach Inc. and has partnered with Big Thought, Today Marks the Beginning, the St. Phillips Community Center and currently the Dallas Public Library in planning and implementing fine art enrichment programs for the young and old underserved Dallas community. Kay’s studio is located in the Dallas Design District at LuminArte gallery, where aside from painting as much as she can, Kay assists in the curatorial process for gallery shows. Her work hangs in private and corporate collections throughout the country.


Lottie Minick, Newsletter Co-Editor

Lottie Minick has worked diligently as an advocate for Texas artists. She brings her experience as a neighbor artist contributor for the Dallas Morning News' Neighbors Go and White Rock Lake Weekly, to this organization as Co-Editor of the APT Newsletter. Lottie has organized and curated the Friends of Lottie Sculpture Show at the State Fair of Texas, the largest fair in the U.S., for the last six years. She was on the board of Directors for the Texas Sculpture Association for four years, and has curated Artscape At the Arboretum art festival for the Dallas Arboretum since it's inception.


Carol Crawford, Interrum Treasurer

Carol Crawford has a background in accounting, and is founder and owner of one of the largest singing telegram businesses in north Texas. She is acting as Interrum Treasurer for APT in 2013.

Originally from New York, Jayne Duryea has lived in South Texas for the past 30 years. After receiving her BFA and additional graduate study from East Carolina University, she completed her masters at Texas A&M University at Kingsville in Painting and Drawing in 1988. Since 1989 she has been Division Chair of the Fine Arts & Kinesiology at Coastal Bend College, where she has taught since 1981. Extensive travel in Europe, particularly a six month Sabbatical in France, opened many avenues for her work. Through the tutelage of her friend and mentor Robert Willson, she was afforded the opportunity to blow glass at the A.R.S. Murano glass factories in Venice, Italy, during 1996 and 1997.

Jayne was nominated Texas Artist of the Year for 2008-09 and 2009-10. Her works can be found in many private and permanent collections throughout the U.S., Canada, Cayman Islands and France. She is represented by various galleries and is listed in many Who´s Who publications along with a Charter Member of the National Museum of Women in the Arts. Her vehicle of expression can be found in either paint or hot glass, with a strong focus on light and color, and a return to nature.
